Job Description

Comms Design at Initiative involves Media Planning and day-to-day plan management craft within the agency. This is the engine house of any team, managing client\'s budgets, expectations, and media plan performance.

Key Responsibilities

The Communications Design Executive reports into the Communications Design Director and is responsible for developing and managing media plans, and liaison with teams for campaign management, reporting and finance.

• Manage media plans using performance digital marketing channels such as Search, Social and Programmatic
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across agencies to meet client service needs
• Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget
• Supports the manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration
• Maintains trackers, reports and finance for the client enabling better work flows.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 year+ experience within media agencies, preferably with medium to large accounts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder
• Analytically minded with strong reporting skills
• Understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology
• Team player combined with the ability to have fun!
