general administrative work
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Psychometrician)
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
Under immediate supervision; he/she shall perform as the Human Resource Focal Person of KALAHI Program Management Office (Contract of Service) and Disaster and Risk Management Division. He/she shall be responsible for the proper and appropriate implementation of staffing policies and activities which would involve workforce recruitment, selection, placement, staffing, and performance appraisal/management; and shall do other-related works inherent to the position.
