Job Description

Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organisation dedicated to serving the disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore. Bizlink is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).

Bizlink has been serving the disability community since 1986.

Today, individuals, regardless of their disabilities and disadvantaged background, are enabled through work within an inclusive community

Recruit, grow and retain volunteers to support organisation\xe2\x80\x99s activities

Engage volunteers to plan activities for Bizlink beneficiaries

Develop marketing and communication materials for Web and social media presence to increase outreach, engagement and impact volunteering and giving outcome

Organise and manage event activities and meetings

Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by HOD

Job Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office

Able to work independently and in teams

Possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, comfortable to liaise with external vendors

Prior experience with event planning projects will be an advantage
