The web3 market thrives on compelling stories and influential voices. Building and nurturing strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and key influencers is essential to achieving this objective. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key KOLs, influencer agencies, and content creators.
• Create and implement programs that activate these creators to meet business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize the efficiency of creator campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer strategies.
• Proficient in quantitatively analyzing program success and optimizing strategies based on data insights.

We\'d Love You To Bring \xf0\x9f\xa4\x9d

• Experience building relationship-based programs before e.g. creator programs or community
• Demonstrate ability or experience to deliver programs end-to-end
• Moderate to high level of proficiency in data manipulation, particularly using Google Sheets.
• Comfortable managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance with an analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to manage programs from conception to execution and results.
