Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading insurance company currently looking for a 4 months contractor to join their team. This position reports into the Client review head.
Community Investment Specialist
- Support the planning and execution of local community investment strategy.
- Lead and execute end-to-end programme-related activities such as but not limited to:
- Volunteer management (relationship building, registration, pre- and post-event liaison, onsite management)
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement and issues management
- Event management
- Impact assessment (data collection and analysis for reporting)
- Communications (development of promotional collateral)
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in any sector; CSR, ESG, Communications fields preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Foundational design skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interact and work successfully with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups such as community partners and volunteers
- Self-motivation, flexibility, empathy, and drive to make a positive impact in our community
- Degree in any discipline; social sciences is a bonus
