Key Responsibilities:

Community Building & Engagement
Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the Koomunityboth online and offline.
Build and maintain relationships with followers, creators, fans, and brand advocates.
Manage and moderate community platforms (WhatsApp groups, Telegram, Discord, Facebook Groups, etc.).
Monitor conversations, respond to queries, and initiate engaging discussions.

Event Planning & Execution
Conceptualize, plan, and execute community-focused events such as:
Networking sessions
Masterclasses or workshops
Community meetups or overseas retreats
Soft launches and VIP previews Coordinate event logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage event RSVPs, follow-ups, and post-event feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Liaise with
Operations
to ensure smooth execution of event logistics and internal processes.
Collaborate with
Marketing
on content creation, promotion plans, and brand alignment.
Partner with
Sales
to design community experiences that support lead generation and client retention.

Reporting & Optimisation
Track engagement, attendance, and growth metrics.
Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Use community feedback to improve events, content, and experiences.
Recommended Requirements:
2+ years in community management, event planning, or related roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills--you're a natural connector.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.
Experience with event platforms, community tools, or CRM is a plus.
Passionate about people, storytelling, and brand building.
