Job Description

Zumvet is a digital healthcare start-up with a mission to change the way pet care is delivered in Singapore.We are currently looking for a Community Manager to create and grow an online and offline community of ZumVet pet owners. Through creating a community, the candidate will be responsible for driving the growth in a few key metrics: user retention, user growth and revenue growth. Someone who is meticulous, enjoys measuring and optimizing your strategies and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty will succeed in this role.Responsibilities Strategize how to systematically grow an invested and committed online and offline community for ZumVet. Take ownership of key initiatives and ensure proper management of the project lifecycle from ideation to implementation. Build and manage relationships with relevant business stakeholders both internally and externally. Develop frameworks to evaluate opportunities, assess potential impact and define potential success parameters. Recruit, train and manage a team for events/community projects.Good to have Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related disciplines. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts and strategies to a diverse audience. Loves pets and has insight into what pet owners want Comfortable working in a collaborative environment to optimize delivery of strategies and achieve business goals. Familiarity with social platforms and how to leverage them Events planning experience
