What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma from recognized institute and/or minimum 2-year experience in the Customer service, F&B,events and hospitality sectors.
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multitask
- Lead and supervise Engagement Associate so that they are engaged and consistently delivering an exceptional experience
- Facilitate training and induction to ensure Engagement Associate can achieve current role requirements
- Ensure Engagement Associate follow specific systems and procedures and complete checklists fully and on time
- Welcome and serve members in an efficient and friendly manner and provide high level of product and service knowledge
- Develop relationships with members and proactively understand their needs
- Make recommendations to the Operation Manager on how to improve the overall member experience
- Work closely with Engagement Associates, manage move-ins and move-outs; ensuring that all new members are fully prepared, and transitions run smoothly
- Identify promising deals with potential members and ensure that your team provides informative, high-quality tours to drive membership sales
