Job Description


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Passionate for Spectator Sports, Football.
  • Experience as an administrator on platforms such as Discord, Telegram and Twitter.
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to successfully manage and execute multiple projects with different priorities and stakeholders.
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Discord management features: Bots, Verification, Content Control, Live Events etc.
  • Have led the growth and nurturing of a community through several initiatives including Ambassador programs.
  • Able to speak the language of marketers and product managers, has previous experience with managing user-based communities.
  • Experience crafting compelling positioning and messaging content.
About the Job: As a Community Manager, you will collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop social media content and campaigns that will enhance communication and drive branding and awareness, with the goal of increasing user growth and engagement. You will be the first community focused hire and play a key role in building out our engagement strategy. You will provide community support by addressing questions, welcoming new members, and managing ongoing dialog through Discord and other platforms. You will also cultivate relationships with key influencers and foster friendships with active members of the community. No day will be the same, as you take on diverse challenges in the thriving arena of Spectator Sports. Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute action plans (roadmap) for developing and growing new Community building programs on Discord.
  • Align the online community through positive engagement. Protect the community from Bots and other malicious actors.
  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding of our user personas\xe2\x80\x99 and bring it to life in launches, content, campaigns, events, enablement, and more (Cross-Collaborate with our Marketing Team).
  • Educate and provide users with insights and understanding of our product features.
  • Increase adoption of new and existing features by collecting quantitative and qualitative data (Sentiment/Trends) on usage, adoption and community feedback patterns.
