Role The Community Manager will be expected to:
Be a brand ambassador with strong knowledge of your role and product.
Deliver outstanding customer experience to our members and guests.
Operate the facility and provide support to our members.
Think fast on your feet and have the ability to build relationship quickly, effectively, and close deals in a timely manner. Prepare and handle food and beverage offerings.
Responsibilities Customer Service and Operations
Welcome and serve members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide high level of product and service knowledge.
Deal with member\xe2\x80\x99s issues directly and resolve promptly whenever possible.
Proactive conversation with members to collate feedbacks and build relationship.
Work closely with the centre teams to ensure all centres are \xe2\x80\x98tour-ready\xe2\x80\x99 and looking their best.
Complete operational, equipment and maintenance checklist.
Ensure food safety standards are maintained.
Centre Sales
Organize centre tour in-person with prospect or membership enquiries.
Work towards 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals.
Communicate the brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest conversion rate of booked tours. This includes setting up the tour, introduction to Location Managers and closing deals.
Be creative and constantly think outside the box to find solutions.
Support in organising events for potential clients within the assigned sectors to generate high quality leads.
Work together with the team to grow sales and membership revenues and increase excellency in membership services in centre.
Drive relationships across the centre and identify new sales opportunities within existing and new memberships / relationships.
Requirements
Exceptional people and communication skills.
Strong organisation skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work with teams and independently.
Keen eye for detail and ability to take initiative.
1 year experience in customer service, F&B, events or hospitality and/or, Diploma from recognized institute.
Note: 5 working days per week, which may include weekends.
