General Profile At Dash Living, building communities is at the heart of what we do. The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills and communication, as well as the ability to foster positive relationships with external individuals or organisations.

Roles and responsibilities

• Be a strong liaison between the tenant, the Landlord\xe2\x80\x99s agent, the condominium managements and the company
• Build relationships with the tenants and address all concerns in a timely manner
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the properties under their account
• Support the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and tenant engagement
• Assist the Operations Manager in planning, improving and executing processes that will increase customer satisfaction
• Maintain tickets, documents and data accuracy on our systems, with the Landlords and with the condominium management
• Maintaining expenses and service records
• Ensure tenant\xe2\x80\x99s compliance of rules and regulations of the apartments and condominium during their stay and to initiate eviction when necessary
• Ensure smooth check in and check out of tenants (property, permit, inventory, special requests etc.)
• Organise and participate in events and marketing campaigns to build the community and boost brand awareness
• Stay up to date with current regulations

• Customer service oriented
• Service language (email and whatsapp)
• Basic understanding of apartment maintenance is an advantage
• Basic understanding of property laws in Singapore is a plus
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Meticulous in maintaining records
• Critical thinking skills to resolve issues
