As a Community Nurse (Daycare Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide skilled nursing care according to individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly. Assist with activities of daily living. Maintain accurate medical records. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team. Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations. Participate in quality assurance activities. Provide education and support to residents and families.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
