Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
Good Remuneration PackageRoles & ResponsibilitiesTo manage dispatch duties, maintain vehicle condition, and ensure timely and reliable support for the company\'s operational needs.Responsibilities:
- Carry out dispatch duties such as collecting and delivering goods and other miscellaneous items to and from designated locations.
- Responsible for daily trips to the bank, including tasks such as dropping off cheques, and submitting bank documents, etc.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the car and keep it in good condition through regular cleaning, routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Pack watches, boxes, and guarantee cards (for both local and overseas shipments) if required.
- Serve as a standby chauffeur for the director and family members if the director\'s chauffeur is not available.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
- Clean driving record and adherence to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in courier or dispatch service, or a similar role preferred.
- Good vision and hearing for safe driving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
