Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: A Company Nurse provides basic healthcare services to Company Employees. They may be responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health. They also work to improve customer retention and lower company healthcare costs. They typically work a standard, full-time 8 to 5 shift and report directly to an Office manager. For the most part, a company nurse works in a typical office environment, but they may also travel to employees' homes, if necessary.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to: Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel. Renders physical examination, first aid and routine treatment. Provide first aid procedures / treatment to injured employees. Dispense first aid medicine for emergency purposes. Responsible in evaluation and pre-employment examination. Keep file and updates Personnel records of employees (Regular and contractual) Provides clerical support to the various HRD functions. (From time to time) Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Administer the Company's Drug-Free Workplace Program Implements Health and Wellness Program to Employees- Monitoring of drug test campaign- Responsible for preparing DOLE Health and Safety reportsQUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Nursing or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must be a Registered Nurse. Preferably 1 yr. Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
