Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to HSSE Manager in the implementation, control and monitoring of RCI Health Programs
• Provide assistance to the Company Medical Practitioner in executing medical assistance to employees
• Perform duties and responsibilities of a Company Nurse for RCI - South Hub (Laguna)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with valid PRC Nursing License
• With at least three (3) years relevant experience in handling and practicing health related activities from a reputable company.
• Must have 40 hours training of BOSH from a third party training provider
• DOLE-BWC Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner accredited is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge on health administration specific.
• Excellent knowledge and experience on HSE.
• Well-versed and experienced in handling with local laws and regulations and government-mandated Memorandum.
• Know how to manage requirement of Government Agencies (BFP, PNP, DENR, SSS and alike).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to deal with highly personal and confidential information.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new developments in the field of Safety.
• With effective communication skills both written and oral English.
• Must be able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking
• Willing to work onsite and in Canlubang, Laguna

License/Certification:

• Nursing license (Preferred)
