Job Description
- Nursing School Degree.
- Working experience in Manufacturing as a company Nurse or a regular nurse.
- Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Critical-thinking skills.
- A warm and caring disposition.
- Perform first-aid treatment in case of accident and/or illness.
- Maintain medical history records of associates.
- Issues clearance to associates if physically fit for work.
- Prepares necessary reports to government agencies on sickness and accidents such as sickness and maternity notification to SSS.
- Make schedule and coordinate pre-employment medical requirement to newly hire applicants.
- Make schedule, procedure and arrange annual medical check-up for regular associates.
