Job Description
Summary of ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing basic healthcare services to the employees and supervise the daily operations of Admin Department.Specific Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for planning and monitoring the Company Clinic.
- Provide first aid treatments and medications to employee
- Develop and implement health and safety programs
- Creates an inventory of medicines and other medical supplies
- Coordinate with partner clinics regarding pre-employment medical exams of newly hires
- Assists in facilitating Company's Annual Physical Examination
- Assist Organizing of Company-sponsored events and activities, especially with regards to Health and Wellness
- Facilitate monthly DOLE mandated program
- Submit all required DOLE report
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with PRC License.
- Undergone the Basic Occupational Safety Health Training is a huge plus.
- Has a strong tolerance to pressure, detail-oriented ability to multi-tasks and can meet deadline.
- Experience as Company Nurse in any industry is an advantage.
