  • Responsible for providing a preventive, curative, first aid services to employees and in the administration of company and government mandated benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assists employees in availing company initiated benefits and government mandated benefits.
  • Coordinates with government agencies in submitting documents pertaining to government mandated benefits.
a) SSS/HDMF BENEFITS:- Accepts/processes SSS loan application- Prepares/processes CALA loan and Equicom Loan- Prepares/processes Philhealth certification- Prepares/processes EC/SN benefits- Prepares/processes Maternity benefits- Prepares computation for EC/SN/MATERNITY benefits- Accepts/processes HDMF loan application
  • Requests emergency medicines to ASD and release emergency medicines to employees.
Attends to health problems of all employees and refer to the affiliated hospital for the condition of the employee needs full medication attention.Prepares and monitors annual physical check-up of all regular employees.
  • Prepares industrial accident reports and investigates the root cause on how the accident occurred.
  • Acts as first aider
