Job Description

• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Maintain a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic
• Systematically maintains an up-to-date inventory of medicines and supplies and replenishes supply on schedule; maintenance of medical instruments; monitors medicines and supplies and requisition.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
• Communicate with management on a regular basis.
• Serve as first aider to injured workers
• Work with Safety Committee in assessing job hazards and incorporate health promotion strategies to minimize accidents
• Process antigen and RTPCR swab test of employees
• Monitor employeesaEUR(TM) health status
• Assess employeesaEUR(TM) health condition and refer to hospital
• Assist employees during hospitalization and monitored the progress of health condition
• Ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to workaEUR certificate.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates.
• Assess and determine health status of employees after an illness in the absence of company Physician.
• Assist Company Physician during associate consultation thru vital signs and history taking.
• Oversee the daily activity of the Health and Safety personnel
• Facilitate APE, Pre-employment, ECU and other health related activities.
• Recommend and finalize healthcare associateaEUR(TM)s benefits and serve as coordinator with regards to associate healthcare availment.
• Create Health and Safety leaflets for distribution to all associates as another form of information dissemination.
• Conduct Work Health Assessment in the workplace to confirm the safety of associates during transfer or job rotation.
• Conduct home visit to associate who undergone long leave.
• Serve as an OSH secretariat.
• Implement health and safety programs

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
