Client Overview:

• The Company origin is from a Japanese steel company, which was established in 1950.The Company built a sintering plant for steel making works in northern Mindanao in 1977. This is the first overseas engineering project of the Company in which it conducted construction management, including planning, design, construction and operation. Since then, it has accumulated more construction and civil engineering technologies, and its construction orders in the Philippines have increased also.
• In 1989, The company was established to participate in the construction projects of the private sector in the Philippines. The Company have cooperated in implementing various construction projects throughout the Philippines.
• In 1991,The Company developed the first large-scale industrial park in the country, Laguna Techno Park (LTI) and The Company built several factories for the locators in the said industrial park.
• The Company expanded their steel business and engineering businesses and together with them, has been engaged in Building Construction, Marine Works and Civil Engineering Works.

Client Industry:
CONSTRUCTION & CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES and Qualification::

• Organizes and administer health programs integrating occupational safety and health
• Maintains a reporting and record system for submission to DOLE
• Regular monitoring of blood pressure of employees with the hypertensive condition and other related illness
• Proper issuance of over the counter medicines and maintaining of records of medicines withdrawal and inspection of medical supplies
• Assists the employee (patient) during emergencies, accompany him/ her to the hospital and report the chronological event about the patient status
• Maintains the completeness of necessary medicines and medical supplies in accordance with OSH standard
• Maintains the e-file and hard copies of employee health records
• Prepares a monthly health report and campaign program to be shared with all workers in the project and coordinates with the Project Nurse
• Uploading, monitoring and update the scan documents for paperless documentation of HSSE Department especially the completed projects

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing /Registered Nurse
• With 1 or 2 years of work experience in the same capacity
• Background in construction industry would be an advantage
• At least attended First Aid and BLS trainings
• Preferably with BOSH or OHNAP training.
