Support the team in the preparation of materials required for contracting and onboarding of new vendor.
Support the team in the implementation of compensation and global mobility modules via new core hr system
Support Share Plan Administration for ESOS and DSP
Support the team in other compensation/global mobility initiatives and projects as and when required

Job Requirements:Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor\'s degree and 7 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operationsProven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage.Strong attention to details with good project management skills.Meticulous, analytical and numerate.
