We will count on you to:
  • Be responsible for end-to-end client account management and drive Mercer\xe2\x80\x99s reward products business.
  • Deliver rewards consulting projects across domains in job evaluation, grade design, salary structure design, compensation/benefits benchmarking, custom wage studies, etc.
  • Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion.
  • Manage and mitigate risks and ensure that a change control process is in place.
  • Renew, prospect, and expand clientele with the help of dedicated analyst(s) to support our clients on renewals/client servicing.
  • Conduct primary and/or secondary research and data analysis to build on the industry landscape and rewards expertise to support the pre/post surveys meetings.
  • Develop, enhance, and monitor survey management methodologies, ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and surveys are published in time to meet standards and requirements.
  • Develop expertise and point of view within the allocated industry and generic reward trends for Singapore.
  • Build relationships with project analysts and resolve issues associated with survey/project implementation.
  • Identify, implement, and ensure that consistent standards of delivery excellence are in place.
  • Support business development and sales of rewards products/services in Singapore with responsibility of achieving the revenue targets by renewing and upselling/expanding client relationships for reward products & solutions.
What you need to have:
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and pay structure design in a consulting or in-house role.
  • Domain knowledge in Total Rewards across salary structure, grade levelling, job evaluation applications, incentive pay design, etc.
  • Compensation and benefits survey experience in a client-facing role, and/or managing compensation reviews in an in-house corporate role.
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Excellent client engagement skills for presenting proposals, point of views, project outcomes, etc.
  • Target driven, agile and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
