Role Overview
As a Complex Solution Lead, you will be the strategic orchestrator of complex solutions, connecting client ambitions with Microsoft's cutting-edge capabilities. You'll lead the design, qualification, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys
Responsibilities:
Solution Orchestration & Integration

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions.
• Align strategy across technical, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive solution design execution.
• Lead with AI and industry-specific transformation initiatives with precision and impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with client C-suite and Microsoft leadership.
• Champion the customer voice throughout solution creation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Shape deal strategies and architectures that resonate with executive stakeholders.

Financial & Commercial Strategy

• Partner with commercial teams to develop robust financial models that support deal viability.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable value and align with client and Microsoft investment strategies.

Deal Leadership

• Stay engaged through the full sales lifecycle--from opportunity identification through contract execution.
• Navigate complexity, remove blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of strategic deals.

Risk & Innovation Management

• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in delivery and solution design.

Mentorship & Capability Building

• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to foster excellence.
• Contribute to the development of organizational capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in solution architecture, consulting, delivery management, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud/infrastructure technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise solutioning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP, or similar are preferred.
