Job Description
An exciting Compliance Analyst (Fund Management) job has just become available at one of the reputable financial services firms based in Singapore. You will report to the compliance manager.
About the Compliance Analyst (Fund Management) Role:
In this role, you will be one of the key team members in the compliance and risk management team and is responsible in ensuring the business comply to the regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure that AML/KYC procedures are complied accordingly and assisting the team in key regulatory and internal compliance processes
- Assisting the team in implementing the risk management and control framework
- Report any findings, recommend corrective actions and prepare reports for management review on a periodic basis
- Assist the team in the management of trading restriction lists as well as conflicts of interest across the firm
Key Requirements:
- University degree - finance, law or business
- Experiences dealing with MAS
- Strong knowledge in regulatory policies and requirements
- Team player and strong work ethic
