BW Offshore builds on four decades of offshore operations and project execution to create tailored offshore energy solutions for evolving global markets. We are currently constructing and preparing operation of a major gas FPSO in North-Western Australia. BW Offshore is also adapting to a rapidly changing world, capturing opportunities that arise in the ongoing global energy transition. As part of that transition, we have invested in, and are developing, floating offshore wind solutions.

BW Offshore is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join its Corporate Integrity team in Singapore. The position will provide key support to the compliance function across all subject matters within its remit, including, antibribery/corruption, competition, data privacy, international trade, human rights/ethical labour, economic sanctions, ethical business conduct. You will work across time zones and cultures so flexibility is important. The position will be located in the Singapore office and report to the SVP Compliance.

Key tasks and responsiblities

• Assist with monitoring and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and program aspects and maintaining an effective, efficient compliance program
• Conduct third party due diligence
• Help design and deliver compliance learning curriculum, delivery method, and content
• Manage annual policy certification campaigns
• Administer compliance systems, e.g., data, speakup, due diligence, etc.
• Respond to internal/external queries
• Analyse data, monitor metrics, and prepare reports
• Manage communications calendar and create communications and awareness campaigns
• Identify process improvements
• Champion and implement change
• Manage projects, contracts, and third party/vendor relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' compliance experience in multinational company
