About the Roles

We are seeking a

Compliance Associate / Compliance Analyst

to join a dynamic

management consultancy firm

located in the

CBD area

. This

permanent position

offers a

5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm)

and a

competitive salary of up to $3,500 plus variable bonus

. You will play a key role in supporting compliance operations, monitoring regulatory updates, and ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide guidance on

KYC matters

, including risk assessments, name screening, PEP checks, and enhanced due diligence. Gather feedback from users and collaborate with system vendors to resolve KYC-related issues. Track and interpret regulatory developments (e.g.,

ACRA, HKCR, PDPC

) and update internal policies accordingly. Conduct gap analyses in partnership with the Business and Compliance teams to address compliance deficiencies. Review customer transactions and activities such as share transfers and payments. Investigate escalations and prepare

Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)

as required. Handle requests and inquiries from authorities, regulators, and auditors. Deliver compliance training sessions to enhance staff awareness. Assist with ad hoc compliance tasks and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Approximately 2 years of experience in

Compliance

,

Risk Management

, or

Audit

functions. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
