About the Roles

We are seeking a Compliance Associate / Compliance Analyst to join a management consultancy firm located in the CBD. This is a

permanent position

with a

5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

. The role offers a

basic salary of up to $3,500 plus variable bonus

What You'll Be Doing

Advise the business on KYC processes, including risk ratings, name screening, PEP/adverse news checks, and enhanced due diligence. Collect user feedback and coordinate with the vendor to resolve KYC system issues. Monitor regulatory developments (ACRA, HKCR, PDPC) and update procedures accordingly; issue compliance memos. Partner with the business and compliance team to conduct gap analyses and implement action plans. Review customer-related activities such as share transfers and payments. Investigate escalated matters and prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). Respond to inquiries from authorities and auditors. Deliver compliance training sessions for employees. Provide support on ad-hoc compliance tasks and projects as required.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Approximately 2 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
