RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help implement compliance activities and initiatives within the company and the SEA + India region (including annual compliance programs, compliance activities and periodical compliance training) and monitoring of progress status.
• Conduct research on identified compliance areas of focus and develop training materials and infographics.
• Support RCCO in the development and review of compliance policies and procedures, reporting activities, drafting and review of documents of a legal nature.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes and news of non-compliance cases.
• Provide secretariat support such as arranging of meetings, taking notes, handling of program logistics and ppt preparation.
• Upkeep and maintain repository of compliance records and documents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in any of these courses from a polytechnic in Singapore: Diploma in Law & Management, Paralegal Studies or Legal Executive Studies; or Bachelor of Arts / Social Sciences.
• Worked in paralegal position or HR position for three to five years.
• Analytical and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in MS Office Suite and comfortable with using virtual meeting tools (e.g. MS Teams/ ZOOM), and is willing to learn the use of creative software tools (i.e. Powtoon, Canva) and basic video-editing tools.
