Compliance Manager (financial Institution)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead compliance functions within the group and spearhead the group operations
- Responsible for all compliance and regulatory matters
- Improve and draft compliance related manuals including compliance manual, EWRA, risk related manuals and assessments
- Constant monitoring and reporting on compliance and regulatory matters
- Perform AML/ KYC, CDD checks, documentation and reporting
- Assist in drafting and liaising with MAS authority
- Work with finance on regulatory filings and reporting
- Stay up to date on MAS notices and regulations
- Ad hoc duties as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 year of experience in compliance operations preferably from banking or financial institution background
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
