Compliance Manager

Job Description
Together with and under the supervision of HRAD Manager and Chief Administration Officer, the Compliance Officer/Supervisor shall handle all the compliance requirements of the Hacienda Macalauan, Inc.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
- Develop and review company policies.
- Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations.
- Facilitate timely application and renewal of regulatory and local permits requirements of the company
- Facilitate application of Safety and Phyto Sanitary Importation Clearance (SPS IC) with BAI and BPI per advice and coordination with Purchasing Team
- Work hand-in-hand with Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer ensuring that all Third-Party Testing are being done on time
- Monitor monthly and quarterly submission of regulatory reports, work closely with Safety Officer and Pollution Control Officer
- Perform other tasks that maybe assign from time to time
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years' proven experience in a compliance officer role.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- San Pablo City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
