Credence Consulting, a leading consulting firm in Singapore, is seeking an exceptional Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. As Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies. What you'll be doing

Developing, implementing and continuously improving the company's compliance framework and policies Monitoring and reporting on the organisation's compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to mitigate identified compliance risks Delivering compliance training and guidance to employees across the organisation Liaising with regulatory authorities and external auditors to ensure the company maintains a strong compliance standing Keeping abreast of changes in the regulatory landscape and advising the business on the implications Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour

What we're looking for

A degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably within the financial services industry In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks Detailed and able to work under tight timelines Supervisory or managerial experience preferred Candidates with the ability to speak and read Chinese will have an advantage due to business needs
