The team has newly created a Regional Compliance Manager position to oversee and implement the compliance strategy. Reporting to the CFO, you will: Be responsible for developing the compliance framework and strategy for APAC Identify internal control weaknesses and operational risk, propose timely recommendations and follow up action plans Develop and review policies and processes to align compliance with overall business strategy Review and customise risk control matrix of the individual entities, provide updates to management on effectiveness of compliance programme 80% travelling required across APAC, performing physical assessment and plants across 8 markets The Successful Applicant Degree qualified in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 8 years of relevant work experience Managed APAC portfolio, able to create compliance framework from scratch Strong business partner to regional Finance and operations staff, engage independently with regional stakeholders and external consultants Ability to travel and be stationed overseas up to 80% What's on Offer The successful candidate can look forward to: Working in a financially strong MNC with stable leadership Attractive remuneration, including stock options
