Responsibilities

Develop scripts using Computational BIM tools such as Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper and Python for workflows required by in-house design team (Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering) to automate BIM model creation, design processes and drawing production and ensure compliance with CORENET X requirements.
Maintain and upkeep the in-house scripts to remain relevant to the evolving CORENET X BIM and submission requirements.

Requirements

Diploma in Computational BIM or Certificate in Computational BIM course(s)
Proficient in any of the Computational BIM tool - Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper and Python coding
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Development of Computational BIM solution(s) for Built Environment sector project(s) to streamline workflow(s)
Well-versed in ArchiCAD and Revit will be an added advantage

Salary Range

$4,500 - $5,500
