Computer Network Technician

to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and communication systems across multiple locations. Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues in a timely manner, preferably remotely. Monitor network performance and security, ensuring reliable access to business systems. Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems. Provide technical support during and after working hours and assistance to staff in office and retail environments. Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and processes. Work closely with vendors and service providers on upgrades and maintenance. Assist in IT infrastructure planning to support future business growth.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Experience as a Network Technician, IT Support, or similar role. Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing/switching. Familiarity with firewalls, wireless networks, and network security best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
