Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing, managing, and resolving issues related to IP network systems, including CCTV and Access Control systems etc. This position demands exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IP network, CCTV, and access control systems. Offer technical support to end-users. Conduct routine maintenance on network systems. Maintain precise records of network-related activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal operation of customer network systems. Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in networking. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute to the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Support Technician role. Proficient in networking hardware and software. Experience with IP networks, CCTV, access control, security locks, and cabling. Familiarity with common network brands. Proficient in Apple Mac, Windows, and Linux operating environments. Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented skills. Ability to manage stress and work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
