Work with other departments to support the organization with IT systems 2. Analyse and audit existing systems to identify areas for improvement 3. Work with team members to build and implement IT systems for the organization 4. Identify bugs and inefficiencies within existing systems and develop patches and fixes 5. Perform routine maintenance on software and hardware 6. Ensure that all systems and programs are carefully documented Job Requirements: . Computer Science graduate . Good understanding of system design and SDLC methodology. . 1-2 years of System analyst work with enterprise resource planning systems. . Systematic and process oriented. . Ability write SQL query statements. . Relevant understanding of system integrations with ECom platform (Magento) and web-based Mobile App system. . Knowledge of business in retail operations would be an advantage. . Good communication skills and able to relate with users of all levels for gathering business requirements. . Drafting specifications and mapping of physical process flow to system flow. . Having a technology mindset and willing to introduce technology for digital transformation.
