• Performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, maintenance and gardening.
• Customer-centric and to direct and guide the day to day operations of the store in providing the highest level of product and service to the guests in keeping the overall philosophy and concept of the organisation.
• Responsible for the achievement of maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability, in an atmosphere of high employee morale.
• Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
• Assist in cash handling activities and develop daily sales reports. · Inventory and Stock management including "live" assets.
• Assist Supply chain executive in scheduling last mile delivery to customers including cash-and-carry customers.
