The Customer Service Executive (Supervisor) is responsible to manage the customer service counter, attend to shoppers and tenants' enquiries / feedback, support Marketing Communication activities and to manage a team of Customer Service Officers.

The Talent

• Minimum GCE 'N/O' level with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
• A pleasant personality with good spoken communication and customer service skills are essential
• Team player with ability to work independently
• At least 2 years of working experience in shopping mall environment will be preferred
• Candidates with experience in shopping centres or service industry are encouraged to apply

The Job

• Manage the customer service counter
• Supervise a team of Customer Service officers, provide administrative support, oversee promotional events.
• Attend to tenant and shoppers' enquiries
• Assist in advertising & promotions activities such as managing mall's Loyalty Program, gift redemptions, gift voucher sale, tenant training, and enquiries and all aspects of support.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
