Position: Shopping Mall Concierge (Full Time)
Location: PLQ Mall
Work Arrangements:
- Basic $2,100 + Monthly Incentive of $400
- Monday - Sunday (5 days work week - Rotating shift)
- 1-year contract
- Trainings will be provided
- Handle general enquires over the concierge or via incoming call
- Provide directional assistance to shoppers when necessary
- Handle all redemption, ensuring inventories & Counter stocks are tallies in CRM
- Track all lost and found item reported at the concierge
- Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks received
- Liaising with service team on facilities maintenance
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Relevant working experience in customer service / receptionist
- A good team player who possesses a cheerful personality and love challenges
- Good communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Experience in handling Point of Sales (POS) system is an advantage
