The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead the market introduction and adoption of the myCondo app across Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically targeting the property management or real estate sector. This role is crucial for establishing our market presence and driving significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Target Acquisition:
Identify, research, and aggressively pursue new business opportunities with
condominium management companies
,
MCSTs
, and
property developers
.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.
Product Expertise:
Become a subject matter expert on the myCondo app's features (Visitor & Vehicle Management, Facilities Booking, Communications, and Resident Profiles) and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospects.
Demonstrations & Pitches:
Conduct compelling, tailored presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers (e.g., General Managers, Council Members, Directors).
Achieve Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Strategy and Reporting
Market Strategy:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the target market and maximize adoption.
Client Relationship Management (CRM):
Utilize CRM software to accurately track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasting.
Feedback Loop:
Collect and relay market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to the product development team to inform future features and improvements.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the
PropTech
,
SaaS (Software as a Service)
, or
Property Management
industry.
Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the condominium or strata-titled property landscape in Singapore, including familiarity with
MCST
structures and operations.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Drive:
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
