Condominium Manager / Property Executive

Job Description
- Working Location: North / Northeast area
- Office: Ang Mo Kio
- Working days: 5.25 days // 8.30am to 5.30pm + OT, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm + OT
- Basic: $2500 to $4000 (depends on experience)
You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works. In addition, you would need to manage and attend to residents/tenants\' feedback as well arrears cases.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
