Job Description

The Role Your Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimizing costs.
• All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
• Establishing strong best practices and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
• Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
• Planning, organizing, executing and monitoring real estate development projects.
• Managing and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders and ensuring all developments are compliant with regulations.
• Managing all aspects of operations with respect to a portfolio of properties.
• All aspects of tenancy and lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
• Overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
• Managing a team of 1-5 people.
  

Ideal Profile Skills Required:

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Real Estate.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
