Responsibilities * Engage service providers through proper approval system * Lead and propose measures in compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health for vendors engaged in maintenance Responsibilities Engage service providers through proper approval system Lead and propose measures in compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health for vendors engaged in maintenance, cleaning and security works Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk ensuring that hygiene sanitizing standards are adhered Convene and attend all meetings of the Developer and / or MCST Council Prepare minutes and reports for meeting Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions Manage complaints and ensure prompt responses to clients Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company's policies Process and assist in putting up paper for extraordinary works when necessary Requirements Diploma in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or its equivalent qualifications with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy Knowledge of BMSMA Candidates with experience in TOP projects will have an added advantage Benefits: Structured training programmes Rewarding career prospects Good staff welfare and benefits
