Our priority is providing you with a conducive working environment for you to learn and grow with us.About the RoleOur Australian client is looking for a Conference Producer.We are looking for a team player to deliver outstanding results and be recognized for outstanding efforts.Our Client is currently going through some amazing growth right now and currently searching for an ambitious, hungry and confident conference producer to head up some fantastic events.If you are tenacious, driven, confident and have had success in creating, researching, developing and executing your own conference programs across a range of diverse industries then this maybe the perfect role for you.So, if you feel you can come up with new event ideas, create solid topics and sessions that will engage our audiences, secure top-level speakers while being able to work alongside strict time frames, we would be interested to chat further.What's expected of you

• Responsible for producing timely, high quality conferences;
• Identify and conduct in-depth research with key industry leaders to develop conference topics, including monitoring current affairs and understanding the effects of changes in policy and sectors going through change; and
• Do in-depth research, delivery and project management of commercially successful conferences and events that will be held across Asia and Australia.

Requirements

• Experience and background in sales, business events and conferences;
• Proven conference producer experience in across multiple industries;
• At least 2+ years experience, running and executing your own programs;
• Develop and execute new event ideas based on current trends;
• Ability to think on your own feet and a persistent approach to winning;
• Have delivered consistent results in previous roles when it comes to delivering programs;
• Self-motivated with a hunger to constantly develop and learn;
• Great personality and confident to make outbound calls to senior decision makers;
• Able to work with a team and ability to create high quality briefs for our sales teams; and
• Organised, disciplined and thrive in a high performance-focused culture.
