Able to comprehend and develop details for different types of construction shop drawings such as Architectural, Structural and MEP work;
Able to liaise with the Project Managers and Engineers for developing detailed shop drawings and submission approval;
Ensure designs, details is properly checked by you to ensure Authority compliance is met;
Submission and revision of shop drawings to clients on time;
Coordinate with clients to resolve any issues arising out of shop drawing comments;
Self-motivated and can work independently;
Ad hoc assignment requirements.

Job Requirement:

Recognized Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Structural/ Mechanical Engineering;
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore is required for this position;
Good written communication skills;
Able to use AutoCAD or other similar software proficiently;
Able to work independently, fast-paced environment, and multi-task hardworking;
Preferably able to commence within short notice
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,100.00 to $3,800.00/month
