JOB DESCRIPTION

To handle monthly report, cashflow projection, project cost control and contract letter & documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

To have LTA project experience in project planning from tender to project execution stage
Possess site working experience in Electrical / Mechanical contracts for LTA project
Having a minimum degree or diploma in recognized Engineering disciplines such as Elec, Mech or Building Service Engineering more than 10 years working experience in project and minimum 5 years planning & costing work experience
Shall be proficient in using primavera, MS project for project scheduling
Preferred to have formally trained in BCA Academy\xe2\x80\x99s Specialist Diploma in project management and PMP certificate
