Job Description

• For the areas of Bukidnon, Agusan del Norte, Sarangani
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management
• Registered Engineer
• At least 20-25 years of relevant experience mostly in site supervision, overseeing and coordinating various construction projects from start to finish
• Responsible for overseeing the construction process for buildings and other pieces of infrastructure like bridges and roads; upholding the use of quality materials and procedures, adhering to budgets to complete tasks or purchase materials, and reviewing contracts; providing leadership in the initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, architects engineers, or other involved parties; scheduling and coordinating projects in logical steps and budgeting the time necessary; preparation and submission of budget estimates, progress, and costs; overseeing contract negotiations, revisions;
• Excellent verbal and communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Access Database, etc), MS Office Suite, 3D Modeling Software (AutoCAD); Project Planning Tools, ie, MS Project, Primavera, or any project planning software
• Has excellent communication skills, strong leadership, good judgment, and a strong sense of responsibility
• With knowledge and experience in Hydroelectric Power Plant
• Willing to relocate to any Mindanao Projects (Bukidnon, Agusan del Norte, Sarangani, Misamis Occidental & Oriental) or to any areas of Luzon, if needed
• Can start immediately
