Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities on site. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion of quality works in compliance with regulations and contract specifications. Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients. Monitor project costs, including variation works. Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate with other departments and vendors to meet project requirements. Implement and maintain all quality documentation. Manage project completion and ensure smooth handover to clients. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director / Project Manager.

Requirements

Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines. Strong team player with a positive working attitude. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD.
