Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Attend the daily tool box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly

Requirements:
Master Degree.
Able to lead and work independently.
Able to motivate in a challenging work environment.
Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
* At least 10 years of working experience in the related field.
