Develop and manage detailed site work plans and schedules.
Prepare and update site programmes, advising on changes and improvements.
Plan site utilization and utilities efficiently.
Conduct daily coordination meetings with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Review and approve Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
Enforce safety standards in compliance with WSH regulations; serve as Lifting Engineer.
Monitor and enforce quality standards with QA/QC team.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or residential projects in Singapore.
Proven ability to independently manage construction projects.
